I was a Front-line Associates in an American based company where my main job is to provide Customer Service. I handle money remittances, ticketing, bills payment, handles phone support and answers queries for walk in customers in our store. I also worked as a Customer Care Professional for more than two years in a BPO company where I handled inbound and outbound calls for North America regions. We were trained hard to become an effective communicator by doing some workshops relating to how we can always make our customers a happy camper. We also joined seminars and participated in training's relating to Media and Social Marketing on how to effectively advertise products, gain customers through Social Media Marketing. Within that period, I was also assigned to handle Email and Phone Support within APEA region (AsiaPacific,Europe,MiddleEast) in which I was awarded with "Best Customer Service Professional" for 3 consecutive months by achieving above 90% customer satisfactory feedback. Customer satisfaction is always my top priority in overall aspect of job, thus, I always make sure I have given my 100% effort to make my customers a happy camper. After I graduated I worked as an executive secretary for over a year in an industrial and consultancy company before becoming an customer service professional. I would like to use this skills I gained by becoming an English tutor in order to help most especially those students wanted to learn English. Way back in high school and in college, I am into creative writing. I find it very comforting to pour out my thoughts in a paper, bring all my ideas into one. I discovered also I enjoy reading blogs and even writing on my own although my platform isn't established yet. Attitude and passion go hand and hand, I believed in that. They say, whatever your passion is, it never gets old and will continue to run into your blood and I'm grateful that up until now I still write. Currently, I've been writing about my travels around the country and learning how to promote each destination I visited through social media.
