Experience
I have tutored high school and elementary kids when I was in college. I have also taught in summer UPCAT review classes for incoming 4th year high school students. I work fairly well with kids. I believe that one learns best through experience so my teaching style is more of initial demonstration and letting the kids discover how to do it on their own.
